Belkin Mobile Retractable Mouse Grey
I purchased this one as a spare. I had purchased one in blue and it lasted for 2 years, without a problem, but then one day, the red light didn't come on...you could shake it and the light would flash...but it was a "no go". I went to the Belkin site and discovered that you can return it for a replacement. I even registered the mouse at the same time that I went in to fill out the return paperwork. It took about 5 min., they email you a return number, a form to add to the package, a mailing lable with the return number showning.
I mailed it in a old, tiny recycled bubble envelope. It cost us $1.95 for postage and I received it in about 10 days. They replaced it and I now have a new mouse that cost $1.95. They honored their guarantee and I was extremely impressed with their company.
SO all of you who are complaining about your mouse...go to the belkin web site, fill out the form and return it. I'm surprised you folks didn't think of that.
Just to add, it is a little mouse...perfect for travel. My husband has big hands and he has no problem with it. I think he likes it more than I do, 'cause he really missed it and grumbled a lot until we received the new one.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small mouse. No problems with the retractable cord, the wheel, or the left and right click buttons and never had any probs until it just stopped dead.
