Great trainer for a great price

ProForm 290 Indoor Cycle Trainer

This is an excellent bike for the price. I was going to purchase a used commercial spin bike, but while I could find good prices, I was put off by the cost of shipping. When I found this one with the great price of $269 with free shipping, I couldn't pass it up. Well, the bike arrived within 3 days and I could not of been more pleased. It only took me about half an hour to take out of box and assemble with only 6 nuts and bolts. All the main parts were attached. I was expecting it to be noisy, but it is not and with the over 40lb flywheel, you will get a workout. It just takes a few minutes to get up to full cardio. I do want to add that if you are short this bike may not be for you. I am short and I had to set everythin to its lowest setting for my height. My inseam is 27" which would be the shortest for this bike. I did change the seat to a softer seat that I had on my other bike, which is just my personal preference. Overall I give the bike 5 stars, It's built like a rock, the price is great and it gives you a excellent workout. It also looks great in the black and red. It is not commercial quality, but will give you everthing you need for home use, you will not be dissapointed. I have it in my theater room and cannot stay off it. I can now get a great workout while watching movies instead of seating on my butt for 2 hours. I don't feel like I'm wasting time.

MagneTrainer ER Mini Exercise Bike Exerciser

My family loves this little bike so much I had to order another one! You can use them with any chair under any table or desk with no problems. It is light enough that you can easily haul it from room to room yet sturdy enough I let my son carry it around.

My grandparents came to visit over the holidays and they liked using it on the table for their arms. My grandfather recently lost a leg due to illness and he is having to work very hard to maintain his upper body strength. He used it at my house over the holidays and has now purchased one for himself. It is really helping him.

My son sits on the edge of his bed and pedals it while he plays his video games. No more yelling for him to go outside and get some exercise.

I am getting everyone I know one for Christmas next year.

I don't know if it's the product I am so happy with or just the fact that I have found some underwear that fits comfortably and does everything I was hoping it would do. I ride a bicycle as my main form of transportation and was having some issues with my 'boys' being pinched while I was riding wearing normal cotton boxer briefs. This product fastened the 'boys' in a position that alleviates the pinching I was experiencing and does away with some of the extra material on the cotton boxer briefs that felt constricting and was riding up contributing to the pinching I was feeling. The item shipped fast, arrived neatly packaged, fits great, the material is awesome, all in all excellent product, which is expected from CK. They delivered on their name with this product. Roland MICRO CUBE Guitar Combo Amplifier

I knew nothing about amps prior to this purchase, but I spent literally days reading all I could find. While I viewed dozens of sites overall, take a look at the buying guide at sweetwater if you too are a newbie and want a good, but succinct, overview of the basics. After I understood the various options I read hundreds of reviews (I am a just a little bit on the obsessive, compulsive side if you haven't gathered that yet). The amp was a Christmas present for my son who also received a MIM Strat (that was a month-long research effort!). And yes, he is an extremely spoiled (but deserving) kid. But I didn't want to spend too much as he is a beginner, and I wasn't 100% certain he would stick with his playing. And as he goes away to college next year, portability was a definite factor. Based on all that and the great reviews I read, I decided to go with this model.

After more than two months my son is still extremely happy with it. It sounds great, has just enough good effects to mess around with, it can go PLENTY loud, and the ability to carry it up and down the stairs, to his lessons, etc is great. The batteries seemingly last forever and for a pretty small outlay, I think it possible that he doesn't buy another amp for many years.

This is a fantastic bike rack! I've owned it for a few years, and it has easily adjusted to accomodate every bike from my sons' tiny 16"-wheel first bikes up to full-size mountain bikes. It securely holds bikes with unconventional top bars w/o any special adapters, unlike the more typical carriers where the bikes "hang" from the carrier. It's well-made, and easy to install, easy to adjust, and easy to store. Another nice feature is the ability to quickly fold down the vertical bar so I can open the rear hatch of our SUV without having to remove the rack. The clevis pins have aircraft cable tethers so I never have to worry about losing them. Now that my daughter is learning to ride, I'll probably buy the 2-bike add-on extension. The fact it can be expanded is another huge plus! If it has any negative qualities, I can think of only one: you need to be careful when releasing and raising the vertical hooks ratchet adjusters or you can pinch your hand pretty bad. I quickly learned that you should always raise the upper hook first before raising the lower hook so your fingers won't get caught between them and make Daddy say some pretty naughty words while the kids are standing around waiting for their bikes to be unloaded.

Bike Bicycle Cycle Crank Puller

Located on one end of this tool is a socket that fits the crank arm nut...The other end fits inside the crank arm and there is a wrench to turn it located in the package. See the small photo...This is not the ONLY crank puller I own and NONE of my others came with a crank arm nut remover...In fact with my other puller I had to buy a socket wrench just to remove the crank nut BEFORE that puller would work...Not buying another tool to make this one work means this one is much cheaper since you can simply use it as it comes to you and it does the job..The black end screws completely off.. You MUST remove that inorderto slip the other tool upon the flat parts of the socket..The red handle wrench that comes with this has a hole in one end..Put that on the flat spots of the shiny part and screw the black part back onto the tool..NOW leave it that way and simply move the red handle wrench back and forth to which end you are using at the time. This is simple. It's not an expensive tool but it works well and is low in cost..Screw the black part in first with the center pin far enough out it will NOT hit on the end of the inner part of the crank. When you have the big black part FULLY inserted into the crank arm slowly screw the shiny part inside the black part..Once it's tight stop, using a rubber hammer or a hammer with a block of wood between the tool and the hammer bang it straight on pretty hard. Screw the shiny part in some more and if the crank does nt start to come off bang it again. Warning DO NOT bang hard NOR directly on the tool with a hard faced hammer or you WILL damage the tool..The idea of banging is to break the arm loose..This tool WILL pull hard and as you screw the inside part into the black part that puts pressure on the arm to release it. You may need to soak that arm in oil over night if a light tap don't work..
